Rental Agreement Generator

This Rental Agreement is made between Landlord ("Landlord") residing at — and Tenant ("Tenant") residing at —. The Landlord hereby lets out to the Tenant the residential premises located at ("Premises"). The tenancy shall commence on 20/5/2026 for a period of 11 months, i.e., from 20/5/2026 to 20/4/2027. The Tenant agrees to pay a monthly rent of ₹15,000. A security deposit of ₹50,000 is paid by the Tenant to the Landlord, refundable as per terms herein. Clauses: 1. The Tenant shall not sublet the premises without prior written consent of the Landlord. 2. Rent is payable on or before the 5th of each calendar month. Monthly rent: ₹15,000. 3. Security deposit of ₹50,000 shall be refundable upon vacating the premises, subject to deductions for damages, if any. 4. Monthly maintenance charges are included in the rent. 5. Tenant shall maintain the property in good condition and return it in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted. 6. Either party may terminate the agreement by giving one month written notice. 7. No structural changes shall be made without written consent of the Landlord. This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Parties agree to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise, competent courts shall have jurisdiction.
